One of the difficulties with remote working is that patient parameters are difficult to measure. Video consultations at least allow you to look and comment on colour, perfusion etc. You may even get patients to pull their eyelids down, you may even be able to count respiratory rate etc. However, there are some smartphone Apps and other equipment out there that can help.
