Simple Instructions
On a Mac – you have to use Microsoft Remote Desktop. This I understand can be installed from somewhere – please forgive I don’t have a Mac. I have never had a Mac, so I can only try to advise.

Once installed, you will need to fill in the details in the boxes at this stage:
Connection name: Your Choice
PC name: the work PC you are trying to connect to
Gateway: cloudpc.northstaffs.nhs.uk
Username: ns\xxxxx – where xxxx is your work log on password
Password: your work Windows Password.
I would hope it will connect then.
